Buck Privates: Un-contemporary although engaging Army opus with Bud and Lou inadvertently registering. Brassy melodies (containing Andrews Sister’s „Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy“) and subplots get in the way, however A&C’s regimens are amid their best; their first featuring film.
